SUND is Brian Desmond, Saf Elmansour, and Jon Schmedinghoff.

Brian is a product management and UX design leader with 25 years of experience, most recently serving as Head of Product at Antares Audio Technologies (Auto-Tune®), where he reported to the CEO as the senior product executive. His innovative work has earned prestigious recognition, including 8 NAMM TEC Awards, 2 Emmys, and 1 Oscar. Beyond his executive roles, Brian demonstrates a passionate commitment to professional development and mentorship, having guided students at Stanford University, General Assembly, and AIGA Boston. His dedication to fostering talent led him to establish a thriving product professionals’ meetup group in Boston. Brian’s leadership philosophy centers on employee coaching, professional growth, and workplace well-being, making him a respected figure in both product development and professional mentorship.

Saf is a strategic marketing leader with 23+ years of global experience spanning 6 languages and 4 continents, most recently serving as CMO at Antares Audio Technologies (Auto-Tune®). His entrepreneurial journey began at age 24 when he founded his first startup, followed by receiving a Fulbright Scholarship from the US Department of State. Throughout his career with multinationals and Fortune 500 companies, he has successfully launched over 35 products and services, managing award-winning multicultural campaigns worldwide. As a human-obsessed entrepreneur, Saf actively mentors at gener8tor and the Audio Developer Conference. He collaborates with brands and founders to develop innovative strategies and create impactful experiences at the intersection of design, technology, and psychology.

Jon is a revenue operations and customer success expert with over a decade of experience, most recently serving as Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Antares Audio Technologies (Auto-Tune®). His expertise spans SaaS revenue growth, strategic planning, sales automation, and revenue forecasting. At Avid, he led technical support operations for the Americas, earning top certifications while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards. His tenure at Antares showcased his ability to enhance workflows, improve customer experiences, and strengthen client relationships. Previously at Rollins College, Jon managed IT services, implementing process improvements and reporting tools. His career demonstrates a consistent ability to blend strategic vision with practical execution, driving growth and delivering measurable results through operational excellence.
